Yes! All our custom PC builds come with a service warranty covering labor and assembly defects. Individual components carry their own manufacturer warranties which we help you claim if needed.
Most custom builds are completed within 1–3 business days, depending on parts availability. We'll give you a specific timeline when you place your order.
We accept returns within 30 days for factory defect items in original packaging. For defective items that already past 30 days, we follow the manufacturer's warranty process and will assist you throughout.

Once the sale is made and the product has no imperfection or defect, the buyer cannot demand a replacement or a refund except if the store's policy allows replacement or refund due to change of mind.

Warranties. As dealers, we are committed to supporting our customers with warranty claims for products purchased from us. The warranty duration is determined by each hardware manufacturer’s terms and commences from the purchase date. The warranty service duration may vary depending on when the customer brings their PC for inspection and the RMA process if the hardware needs to be returned for RMA warranty purposes. If the supplier rejects the hardware RMA warranty, we won’t be held responsible.
While we are committed to delivering the highest quality of service, we cannot assure that troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing parts will invariably resolve every customer’s issue completely. There may be instances where multiple check-ups are needed or the purchase of new replacement parts becomes necessary. We promise to keep you updated on the progress and collaborate with you on any required actions.
Exclusions from warranty policies for non-PC BYTES products. Our warranty policies, including but not limited to free warranty pickup and return, on-site services, and lifetime technical support, are strictly limited to products purchased directly from PC BYTES. Products not purchased from PC BYTES that require any form of after-sales services, including but not limited to installation, troubleshooting, or returning to the supplier for RMA, may incur separate charges. These charges will be determined on a case-by-case basis, with the final decision resting with the assigned technician. Furthermore, PC BYTES’ warranty policies will not cover any damages or malfunctions caused post-purchase, including physical damage, actions or conditions that void the original manufacturer’s warranty, or any other external factors leading to hardware defects.
Data Responsibility. While PC BYTES endeavors to handle all products with the utmost care, we are not liable for data loss that may occur during our services. Customers are strongly recommended to regularly back up their data as a precautionary measure.
Lifetime Technical Support. PC BYTES offers lifetime technical support to the best of our capabilities. However, we cannot answer all types of questions and give 100% fulfilling answers; sometimes, our answers may be incorrect. Regardless, we will always strive to provide the best possible support.
Product Availability. While we strive to maintain adequate stock levels, product availability is subject to change without notice. In the event that a product becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to gracefully cancel an order, switch to an alternative model or brand (with specifications that may or may not be identical), or issue a complete refund as appropriate.
